The misericords of Holme-in-Cliviger,

St John the Divine.

St John the Divine has two, 15th century misericords.

This Grade II listed chapel is unusual in that it was first built in  1552, therefore after the dissolution, yet has inherited 2 misericords, probably from Whalley Abbey.

The Chapel has since been rebuilt in 1788.
